Refund & transferable Policy
We truly understand that life happens and is always in a state of constant flux, with cause and effect, and the cycles of death and rebirth, transforming your present moment.
This is why we have put together a flexible transferable policy. Please read below:
Retreats
Deposits, and payments are non-refundable, but are transferable to another retreat date within the same year.
The transferable option is only available if you cancel 30 days or more before the retreat arrival date.
A transferable request can only be applied once. If you are not able to make the newly scheduled retreat date, it is declared forfeited.
Last minute cancellation, 1 - 29 days before the retreat arrival date is not able to be transferred to a future date, and is declared forfeited.
You are able to transfer your attendance to a friend or family member who would like to attend in your place at any time. Any financial obligations are handled between yourself and them.
On-line & In-Person Class/workshop
All payments made on-line and in-person are non-refundable.
All classes/workshops can be rescheduled to a different date.
