During the season of love, or maybe you’re someone who doesn’t even recognize it, comes a time of reflection, whether you invite it in or not. This happens while people casually talk about their romantic partner, or how they are single, and if they may or may not celebrate Valentine’s Day. This happens when you turn on the TV, or hear about someone planning their date night, or how they don’t celebrate such a consumer driven holiday. Positive and/or negative emotions arise about the past, present, and future of our love life, and how we are living within whatever it may be.

And within all of those thoughts and emotions, is one piece of the puzzle that sometimes we remember and other times forget, is how the law of attraction in a constant inner play in what we energetically and vibrationally bring into our lives, and it’s not just about how we attract and create platonic and/or romantic relationships.

There is a bigger picture, one that is much more deeper and rooted into the fiber of our being. That the energy of your thoughts manifest your experiences. So positive thoughts manifest positive experiences and vice versa. What you focus on is what you draw into your life, and for those who may be struggling with unhealthy habits, relationships, work life, money, etc, learning holistic wellness to support your energetic body and ways in which you are attracting the life that you are living, can be extremely helpful.

By using grateful, positive thoughts and feelings and by focusing on your dreams rather than your frustrations, you can change the frequency of your energy, and the law of attraction will bring positive things into your life. What you attract depends on where and how you focus your attention, but you must believe that it’s already yours or soon will be.

This retreat is for those who are:

1. Sober curious, in and out of using any kind of substance to cope with life, this includes food as well, and looking to learn new ways to support themselves.

2. Troubled with addictive behaviors or unhealthy emotional/mental patterns, where trauma, tension, stress, anxiety, or ptsd triggers are controlling your life, creating unhealthy responses effecting relationships.

3. In recovery from substance abuse, has become clean on their on or has been in rehab and is living a life of recovery.

4. Over-stressed and turning to unhealthy patterns to cope,

and interested in learning about the law of attraction and how you can manifest the life that you want by using yoga, meditation, practices in nervous system regulation, energy work, heart centered ceremony, and transformational recovery coaching to open up your heart’s energetic center, learning how it works with your electro-magnetic field (your aura), so you are able to feel more clearly and attract the right kind of energy you want in your life, while deflecting lower vibrations of energy that bring you down into a darker aspect of yourself.

Julia Araiz ALLSHOUSE | Yoga Teacher | Holistic Health Coach

Julia is originally from Pittsburgh, PA, who has been living within the culture and country of Mexico for over a decade. She comes from a family with mental illness and addiction, and always knew she didn't want to trigger the possibility of repeating the same pattern. There came a time in her life, where unhealthy relationships were effecting her deeply, causing depression and an unhealthy lifestyle, not knowing how to overcome. It actually took her years to make the decision to attend a yoga class, and when she did, it all went up hill from there. It changed her life forever, and she wants nothing more than to inspire yours!

Julia is a certified holistic health counselor from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, a E-RYT 200hr, & RYT 500hr Yoga Alliance Certified teacher with trainings from Drishti Yoga International, & Samadhi Yoga Ashram, specializing in traditional tantra kundalini & hatha yoga rooted in Himalayan yoga tradition, and have completed her Anusara 100 hr immersion training based in hatha tradition. Her philosophy is that nutrition and yoga are synergetic in creating overall wellness. She believes that the foundation of both aspects in one’s life can create a heightened vibrational nature, which enables joy, clarity, and the desire to transform. She is able to teach many styles from strenuous to restorative and understands yoga as an energy-based healing art for the integration of body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

Tisana is from London, England, and has been living between Mexico and England for several years. Her personal recovery from addiction led her to the yogic path and a myriad of healing modalities including plant medicine ceremonies, the 12 Steps, Family Constellations, 5Rhythms and psychedelic/trauma therapy.  Long-term sobriety has gifted her with personal knowledge of the path of recovery and the wealth of tools available. Yoga, meditation, dance, breath work, exercise, and diet have been foundational for her personal healing. This inspired her to train as a recovery coach and she brings her own unique blend of her experiences and training to her coaching sessions. She appreciates that each person is unique and must find their own way to their true self and to self love.
