THE BIG RESET | ONLINE LIVE with Julia | May 17th

ZOOM MEETING DETAILS WILL BE emailed TO YOU After payment.

Session:

A 75-minute session where we will connect to each other with our hearts to release what isn’t serving us. You can come and just be present in silence, or can share whatever needs to be released emotionally through short expression and intention setting. Sharing will be for 15-minutes.

Julia will then lead yogic breathing, movements, and meditation that will help release tension, stress, and anxiety from the body. Yogic movements will be in standing, sitting, and lying down, and will be structured around regulating the nervous system for deep relaxation & rejuvenation, working to regulate the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.

In a nut shell:

Sympathetic - controls fight or flight responses

Parasympathetic - rest & digest functions

Looking forward to our time together, I know this will be of great benefit in your life. Something that can become a new weekly routine in supporting your health & wellness. Chronic stress is at the root of many chronic conditions in our society, and when we are able to take care of ourselves by regulating the nervous system, it gives our body & mind the ability to deal with stress in a more healthy way.
