Integrative Nutrition is a type of philosophy in which we look at balancing our primary and secondary foods. Primary foods, are not actually foods, but a way in which you can see how all areas of your life are connected, and where you can discover which primary foods (relationships, health, spirituality, joy, home environment, etc) need attention in order to create the life you love.

Secondary foods, which is nutrition, is the foundation of how you are each and every day. It is the catalyst that either makes you feel fantastic, or not. It is what creates your mental clarity, mood, energy, ambition, creativity, body mass, and much much more!  The interconnection of primary and secondary foods are the foundation of the Vikara Wellness practice!

My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.  Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing unhealthy food cravings, increasing sleep, learn how to manage stress & anxiety, discover areas in your life that are not serving you, and maximizing energy.  As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.

1- MONTH, 3-MONTHS OR 6-MONTH COACHING

As a client in my integrative health counseling program, you will:
