Ancestral Cacao Ceremonies
Coming together in a ceremonial space allows us to get out of our normal frame of mind, helping us to experience new insights and perspectives. Cacao ceremonies are one of the oldest holistic healing practices used by indigenous cultures all over the world. In its raw form it can be used to gently guide you into the emotional center of your body - your heart. We use the medicine of cacao to assist us in our healing, to find inner clarity and work with intention setting. Let's rise our frequency together in the vibration of love.
Ceremonies last 1.5-2 hours. Includes ceremonial warm cacao beverage, intention setting, live music/singing, plus historical and mythological information. This is a great way to start retreats by softening and opening guest's hearts to the new experiences to come, connecting from a place of love. Additionally, this can be used to close a retreat space to send everyone off in high vibrations after their time together.
Cacao ceremonies are also beautiful for small or large groups, weddings or an opening to kirtan or other sacred spaces.

Cacao Workshop
This 2 hour workshop is dedicated to the medicine of Cacao. Learn all about the history, medicinal qualities and how to roast, peel and prepare raw cacao seeds. We will learn together how to transform this powerful plant spirit into deliciously activating drinks and raw chocolate treats. Leave with freshly roasted cacao nibs, homemade face/body scrub and recipes to take home with you to incorporate rituals into your daily life.
This is great for anyone who wants to connect more deeply to the medicine of cacao and is fantastic of groups/retreats wanting to connect more to Mexican wisdom, culture and history.
