I can't stress enough, the importance in taking the right steps towards your health.  At whatever age you begin, it is never to late to take your life in your hands so you can manage the aging process with beauty & grace.  Disease or lack of movement creates a mind trapped in a body that is in despair.  It creates an existence that can be hard to manage.  Hence the mind/body connection.

Many of us don't understand or connect to this reality until our aging process has declined to a certain point.  Well, wherever you are at with your body, it is never to late to begin the process.  The process in living your life in peace and serenity.
