A suffering emotion that hasn’t been able to move and transform into releasing and healing as of yet, and could even be being held in the body as physical pain.

It is natural and even healthy to feel and recognize the above negative emotions living inside of you, but it can become an unhealthy experience when these emotions begin to take control of your daily life, causing an unhealthy relationship to yourself and others.

What is an energetic cleaning session like?

You will connect with me on-line and sit in a chair.
We will ground and connect to what is showing up for you and what you would like to share. What your intentions are and what do you find that you’re struggling with?
We will go through a channelled question & answer process of discovery. Connecting to any physical, emotional, or mental blockages from your personal experiences.
We will connect together to what has been identified spontaneously
You will be carried through a channelled visualization meditation process of healing, giving all your focus and attention to what is being said, following the unique flow energetic cleansing.
We will disconnect, ground, and close the session.
After the session you will journal your experience and practice mindful awareness to notice it’s impact to your life.
