Join us every Wednesday!  A FREE on-line community to practice disciplined yogic practices (mantras, breathwork, shaking, visualization meditation) to develop your ability to concentrate (Dharana) through body awareness, opening up receptivity to the subconscious mind, giving us the ability to bend limiting beliefs, cleansing and clearing for superconscious connection.

Why do this?

Our attention & mental capacity gets pulled into so many directions, from social media, to the needs of our work, family & friends, causing it to be quite difficult to maintain self-care discipline for personal development into our superconscious mind.

It is important to develop the foundational skill of concentration (Dharana) to support your meditative practice (Dhyana), a practice that supports your ability to get to know yourself more deeply, finding clarity & joy within your decision making process.

Daily Mantras to support the superconscious mind:

Everything that comes up is okay.

With every breath, I let go of negative judgements about myself.

With every breath, the Divine breathes love into every cell of my body.

I am open to communication from the Divine.

The Divine is letting me know what It wants to embody through me.
