KULA YOGA

Kula Yoga is a MOVEMENT within our community of Yelapa, Mexico. Kula Yoga are FREE Group Yoga classes organized by YOU for those who do not have the resources to attend studio classes. This option is perfect for individuals, organizations, schools, and public events. Kula is a Sanskrit word that can be translated as “community,” “clan” or “tribe.” The concept of Kula comes from another sanskrit word Kula Siddhi or the idea that all the diversity of creation in the universe is in relationship and is connected. It’s a way in which we can all grow together.
