When I first got involved with Julia and Vikara Wellness I wanted to work on my metabolism and just a better eating routine. Julia worked with me to get on a plan tailored around my lifestyle and she consistently stuck with me through those hard times and always helped me stay on track. Julia is extremely motivating and takes customization to a new level. She has a vast expertise in fitness, health, and overall wellness. She took the time to shop with me and make sure I was comfortable with what I was buying and eating. I loved when she broke down the nutritional values and exactly what it was all doing for my body and health. We would go over our successes, challenges and set new goals weekly so I can continuously improve. I have more energy and just feel better overall about my health and my body. Being healthy is priceless and she gets me there while making it fun and challenging. My goals began as improving general health & weight loss, but I always got much more than that. Julia then introduced me to hot yoga, deep stretching, nutritional juicing, and has played a major role in my determination to maintain and reach new health and fitness accomplishments. All this has also helped with my athletic performance as well and I am very proud to share my experiences! Julia and Vikara Wellness has been a true inspiration and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a better lifestyle.

I have been to quite a varied selection of Yoga sessions and I feel that Julia is one of the best. Julia’s instruction is extremely informative and guiding. Her facility is private and peaceful. I had been meaning to start yoga for several years, and finally started this past Spring with Julia. I thought I wouldn’t be able to do all the poses, but Julia reminded me that we are all different and to listen to our body’s cues. As soon as I had finished my first class, I felt calm and stress free. I left the first class with a new mindset. As an added bonus, since the classes are small, I felt the benefit of Julia´s personal coaching to help me get the perfect pose. She came around to the students and made gentle adjustments to ensure a full understanding of each pose. This made a huge difference in my yoga experience.
