Carrot & Broccoli Tumeric Soup!
Hello There! I would like to share with you a wonderful soup purée that can be used for any occasion. I specifically created this soup purée to be apart of my 3-Day Detox plan!
First, you will need to make homemade vegetable stock with carrot, celery, garlic, shallot, tomato, coconut oil, and bay leaves with 3 cups of water for 45 mins.
Separately, roast shallot with coconut oil in a separate pan and Steam 2 cups of broccoli.
In blender mix stock water with all parts (carrot, celery, shallot, etc) along with the roasted shallot, steamed broccoli, a raw red pepper, 1/2 inch of raw turmeric root, sea salt, and a bit more coconut oil.
Serve warm or cold with avocado cubes, a pinch of cayenne pepper, and cilantro! Buen Provecho!
